Welcome to my Blog: The Mindful Living Almanac
I’ve been noodling around with it since 2008, and it has grown and evolved as I’ve found my way down my own personal wellbeing path. My purpose has always been to share information about exploring and discovering what it means to construct a life filled with conscious wellbeing and mindful living.
There is so much information out there on the InterWebs, that it can sometimes be overwhelming to find what we need, and to parse it so that it makes sense for our lifestyles and our own sense of what we need to nourish our daily health and wellness efforts. As much as it’s exciting to find new information that speaks to our needs exactly, it’s also important to make sure it’s accurate and well-informed.
My efforts here, then, are to do a little of the legwork for you – I happen to love research and diving down rabbit holes to source good, solid information. I also love sharing esoteric and thoughtful info I find that simply illuminates the human condition and makes it a little more poetic.
